The Probe Card at Vtech PCB is a crucial tool designed to transfer electrical signals between the Test System and the individual chips on a wafer. It is equipped with probes, securely fixed to the PCB using epoxy, which make direct contact with the pads of the chip to be tested.The Load Board (SoC) Type Motherboard is a specialized testing interface designed for System-on-Chip (SoC) devices.
